These undead guys and gals have a real agenda and they will not be ignored anymore. This short story is a lot of fun, but there's a serious message underneath. Spread the word on this one!

The Hardest Thing: A Dan Stagg Mystery by James Lear

James Lear's novel The Hardest Thing is a combo of crime, gay lit, and, corruption/ conspiracy theories. A former Army guy, Dan Stagg was before the repeal of don't ask/ don't tell. Lear doesn't get political, but he really reminds us that times better change or else we're in trouble people. Stagg gets caught between a rock and a hard place (figuratively and literally-wow). The military screwed him, but Stagg isn't entirely a bitter, hardened guy either. This novel is a great balance between erotica, crime fiction, and mystery. Stagg is a complex character with flaws, passion, and intensity. Although the title hints at future releases, this one reads great as a stand-alone novel. Loved it.

Leather Jacket Love Story (1997)

What's better than a twink in lust? Not much! A blonde hottie insecure poet heads out on his own and finds the leather jacket of his dreams in this one. A little stilted on the acting, but the sex is hot and the boys are even more hot. Los Angeles sizzles with a gorgeous Dave Navarro type, gay clubs, and sweat. Director David DeCoteau's only non-horror film features Kyle (our poet) and Mike (our leather guy) in a steamy one nighter. Kyle falls hard (pun so intended), and the rest is sexy fun.

Midnight Rainbows by Joshua Skye

Joshua Skye is a fantastic author folks! This is a short story collection that is the perfect intro to this man's sexy, dark, and sometimes sinister mind. From strange and mysterious gatherings to steamy sexual conquests, Skye easily moves from horror to erotica to something in-between and back. Creepy, hot, erotic, and frightening all in one package.
